Tire Warranty Policy

We guarantee complete customer satisfaction for thirty days from date of purchase or we will exchange your tires for tires of equal value.

All passenger tires are warrantied on a replacement basis only for for the lifetime of the tread against defect in material or workmanship.

No road hazard warranty. All adjustments shall be prorated against the current selling price of the tire, charging only for the tread actually used, by measuring the usable tread depth.

Regarding treadwear – all tires warranted shall be prorated for time or mileage, whichever occurs first. If your tire has worn evenly across the tread down to the treadwear indicators (not more than 2/32" of tread depth remaining) during tread depth expectancy period of 36 months.

Upon presentation of the tire and the sales slip, we will supply a comparable new tire, charging you for the tire or mileage delivered (whichever is greater) based on the current retail price on a prorated basis. Any extended services purchase such as lifetime balance, or road hazard protection for the worn out or defective tire will need to be purchased again for the same extended service to apply to the new tire.

Regular Wheel Balance charges will be required on the replacement tire and applicable taxes.

Road Hazard Protection

Your tire is protected for damage from road hazards until the tire is worn out (3/32nds or less) and or 9 years from the date of manufacture of the tire as noted on the tire itself (D.O.T. number) . A road hazard is any puncture of the tire body which makes the tire unsafe and unserviceable (subject to the warranty exclusions below). If the tire becomes unsafe or unusable due to road hazard, Discount Tire Centers will replace the tire at no charge (if the tire is not worn below 3/32nds of usable tread unless it is determined after examination) that the tire can be repaired, which Discount Tire Centers will do at no charge. (Balancing, valve stem, taxes, state fees and road hazard protection charges for the new tire are required for the replacement tire). This warranty is not available for tires with Run Flat Technology or Mud Terrain tires.

This warranty covers replacement or credit towards future merchandise, in part or in full, and does not infer a cash

refund. Waranty service must be performed at a Discount Tire & Service Centers location in Southern California.

Must present original Tire Protection Certificate and invoice at Discount Tire & Service Centers as proof of purchase for any warranty claim. SAVE YOUR PAPERWORK

This warranty applies to the original purchaser identified on the invoice. This warranty will be honored at Discount Tire

Centers location with presentation of the tire, proof of purchase and warranty.

This policy is nontransferable to any other vehicle or owners. The warranty does not transfer to any replacement tire

provided by its terms. The replacement tire requires purchase of a new warranty purchase.

This warranty does not provide tire repair or replacement under the following conditions:

1) Commercial use

2) Off-road use

3) Competition use

4) Tire damages resulting from vehicle collision, vandalism, fire, fender well cuts on extra wide wheels

5) Irregular tread wear caused by mechanical conditions, under-inflation or lack of owner maintenance

6) Use of chains

This warranty does not include any obligations or liabilities for incidental or consequential damages.

To protect your warranty, we recommend the air pressure be checked at least once monthly. Tires should be rotated and rebalanced at 5,000 miles. Rotation is free with proof of tire purchase.

Refund and Return Policy
All items come with a 30 day money back guarantee. You are welcome to return your item within 30 days of receipt for any reason, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, as long as your item is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it. You will be responsible for shipping charges both ways in the event you decide to exercise the money back guarantee UNLESS you are returning the item as a result of an error on our behalf. You will need to contact us to receive an authorization code. Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you mount or use the items you receive, the 30 day money back guarantee is voided unless you receive written permission beforehand.

Cancellation Policy
It is the policy of Midwest Wheel & Tire, Inc. that all items may be cancelled at any time prior to the item being shipped. Please contact us or email us should you wish to cancel your order. In the event you want to cancel AFTER the item(s) have shipped, you are surely welcome to send them back but you will be responsible for any and all shipping charges incurred in returning your order. There may be a 15% restocking fee assessed in some extraordinary circumstances.

Warranty
All items come with a 3 year warranty on the finish. In the event you need to exercise the warranty, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping
All items are shipped via UPS Ground unless a faster method of shipping is selected at the time of checkout. Most items ship within 2 business days of being ordered. Saturday’s, Sunday’s, and Federal Holiday’s are NOT considered shipping days. A physical address is required for all shipments: we cannot ship to a P. O. Box. We do not ship to APO’s.

Damage Claims
In the event your item(s) are damaged in shipping, please keep all the original packaging and contact us immediately as we will have to file a UPS damage claim. Please DO NOT install the item(s) on your vehicle. If you mount the item(s) on your vehicle, you forfeit the opportunity to return it AND no UPS damage claim can be filed.
